Join our team creating high-end custom millwork for ultra-luxury projects!
We are seeking an experienced Wood Finisher to prepare and finish custom millwork and wood components by sanding, staining, sealing, spraying, and color matching. Responsibilities include following drawings, work orders, and finishing procedures; preparing surfaces; applying stains, paints, lacquers, and other finishes; matching colors and samples; inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy;maintaining production schedules; and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Qualifications:
- Wood finishing or woodworking experience
- Experience with domestic and exotic woods and veneers
- Knowledge of stains, lacquers, paints, and finishing products
- Experience with sanding, spraying, and surface preparation
- Ability to read measurements and millwork drawings
- Strong attention to detail and color-matching skills
- Ability to meet quality and production standards
- Flexible and willing to cross-train
