Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring and postpartum patients

Monitor fetal heart tracings and maternal status

Assist with deliveries, including high-risk cases

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams

Educate and support patients and families throughout the birth experience

Requirements

Active California RN license (or compact with CA eligibility)

2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience

BLS and ACLS (NRP preferred)

Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a travel setting

Tripod Partners USA Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
