The healthcare provider is seeking a Nurse Manager located in Lodi, California. This leadership role involves creating an environment where front line nurses and ancillary staff can deliver safe, patient-centered care that promotes functional independence and minimizes complications. Candidates are required to bring their nursing licenseon the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelors Degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience;
  Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice;
  Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organization policy; at least five years of technical nursing experience, including two years of acute care nursing in a hospital setting; one year of leadership experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Masters Degree in nursing or nursing administration; national specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves building a high-performing clinical team, setting standards of care, monitoring clinical outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other leaders to optimize patient safety, quality of care, and satisfaction. The candidate must adhere to organizational policies on vaccinations and participate in emergency preparedness reviews.
