Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00 AM 6:30 PM, Monday Friday with variable weekends, no on-call - Work Authorization:

Job Summary:
Case Management RN position requiring a minimum of 1 year of acute care management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform case management duties in an acute care setting
Education Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Case management certification preferred
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year acute care management experience
- Experience in a care management role preferred
Required Skills:
- Cerner experience
