• Deliver coordinated nursing care for oncology patients following established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient conditions, implement and evaluate plans of care, and document progress
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately
• Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate patient status to the multidisciplinary team
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels; provide guidance to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in care planning and execution

• Active California RN license (or eligibility as applicable)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Oncology experience or experience in an inpatient oncology setting preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts as part of a 3x12 schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise nursing staff
