• Provide direct patient care on mixed Med-Surg and Telemetry units, including assessment, monitoring, and ongoing documentation
• Monitor telemetry data, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to arrhythmias or alarms per protocol
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and initiate basic treatments as prescribed; monitor for adverse reactions
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other health professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, patient education, and accurate charting in the electronic medical record

• Active California RN license (RN registration) and BLS certification required
• Solid telemetry experience on Med-Surg Telemetry units; able to manage patients with cardiac monitoring needs
• Ability to work a 3x12 day shift in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit environment
• Prior travel or acute care experience preferred to support transition and integration into the workflow
