Description
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. This department includes all functions related to operating room services, including intraoperative patient care.
It also may include perfusion services, inpatient and/or outpatient services, and other operating room support functions. It does not include PACU, anesthesia functions, pre‑op holding, and/or central sterile functions. If your department is operating as a combined department with all surgery services combined, please notify FP&A and we can map it to "Surgical Services Combined Without Anesthesia" to provide you with an appropriate benchmark.
Day Shift//AUTO OFFER 40 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and Cerner. This position is for an EPIC conversion project. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO is allowed.
