Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Relevant certifications in critical care
• Experience in critical care nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional, and supervisory discretion.
• Utilize independent judgment in patient care decisions.
