• Deliver direct nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process
• Monitor recovery status in the PACU, respond to changes, and document care and outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and physician orders
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate with anesthesia, surgical teams, and other disciplines
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion to support safe recovery and effective handoffs
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure accurate handoffs and continuity of care

• Active RN license
• PACU or perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 5x8 day shifts and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
