• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in daily care decisions.
• Monitor patient status, document responses to interventions, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, following safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Ensure smooth shift handoffs and continuity of care across the interdisciplinary team.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Ability to work Day shift with 12-hour shifts in a hospital ICU setting
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and relocate as needed
