We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Med/Surg for a 13‑week travel assignment in Lodi. This night‑shift role offers 36–48 hours per week with the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment supporting Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.

Job SummaryThe Med/Surg RN delivers coordinated nursing care following established standards and the nursing process. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supervises nursing activities, and promotes safe, patient-centered care using critical thinking and professional judgment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to guide clinical decisions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education to patients and families
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Delegate tasks and supervise support staff
- Float and assist in other units as required
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- BSN preferred
- Pyxis medication system
- 24/7 pharmacy and hospitalist coverage
