• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; ensure adherence to standards of care.
• Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate effectively within the care team.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily care delivery.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Active RN license to practice in California (or eligibility) and current standing as a registered nurse.
• Prior telemetry or high-acuity nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3x12 schedule.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills to support interdisciplinary care.
• Flexibility to adapt to a travel assignment and new unit environments.
