August 31, 2026. 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Weekly pay: $1,691–$1,825.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group in the ER according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, determine care needs, and develop an appropriate plan of care.
• Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment; monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Triage, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; initiate ACLS/PALS protocols as required.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members; supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Document accurately in the medical record, ensure safety and infection control practices, and support continuous quality improvement.

• Current RN license in the state of practice (California)
• CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
• ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• BSN degree preferred
• At least two years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work the listed shift and assignment requirements (night differential, 3x12 schedule)
