Total Life, Inc. is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Lodi-Sacramento area to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities.
Each day starts with a short educational talk for residents, followed by one-on-one longevity visits based on a geriatric assessment. You will be trained by our Chief Medical Officer and travel to assigned communities to perform comprehensive visits, coordinate with primary care, and document for Medicare standards.
