Domino’s Pizza needs a General Manager who has experience working in the restaurant world and a desire to manage a restaurant. The role offers learning and growth, the opportunity to move up within the company, and a chance to lead a team in the industry’s largest pizza delivery operation.

Responsible for all activities during your shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the example, follow all policies 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients
• Prepare and receive orders, both in‑store and by phone
• Take inventory and complete paperwork
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Drive deliveries as required, ensuring safe vehicle operation and accurate navigation

• General job duties for all store team members:
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone communication with customers and co‑workers
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly
• Motor coordination: rapid and accurate movements required in a fast‑paced environment
• Computer and touchscreen proficiency for order entry
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery duties)

• Standing, walking, and sitting required throughout the shift
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull loads up to 50 pounds and up stairs up to five flights
• Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, corn‑meal dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges
• Required flexibility for forward bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching up to and above 72 inches
• Requires continuous eye‑hand coordination and frequent use of hands for food preparation and equipment handling

Team members often progress from delivery driver to franchise owner, manager to corporate operations, or other leadership roles within the company.
