Responsibilities
  • Drive personal sales and growth targets through active pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs for visibility.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance milestones.
  • Prospect and qualify leads to fill the territory pipeline weekly.
  • Execute data‑driven outreach with measurable contact and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices to improve win rate.
  • Prepare and present progress updates to stakeholders on demand.
  • Leverage territory insights to identify high‑potential segments.
  • Adhere to company growth mindset, seeking development and advancement opportunities.
  • Demonstrate accountability for individual outcomes within a team environment.
  • Represent the company professionally in on‑site client interactions.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Proven track record in personal sales with pipeline management.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales milestones.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs consistently.
  • Weekly prospecting to fill territory pipeline with qualified leads.
