Role Overview
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring Lead Generation representatives in Lodi, CA to create qualified homeowner interest through courteous, face-to-face conversations. This position supports our team by turning brief interactions into the next step: an appointment request for a consultation, while upholding our standards of Humble, Excellence, Integrity, and Safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiate friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce Sierra Pacific services
- Ask a few basic questions to understand needs and collect accurate contact information
- Request, schedule, and confirm appointment times; document clear notes
- Follow established steps and track activity to meet daily goals
Required knowledge and skills:
- Sales and Customer Service experience;
Lead Generation a plus
- Professional communication and comfort engaging the public
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to enter information using a cell phone app
