TheClassADriver/Pump Rig Assistantisexpectedtobeateamplayerthatlives Laurel ’sculturalvalues,setsanexampleforothers,andconstantlyenhancestheculture.
Theyshouldalsohavestrongcommunicationskillstoinspireothersintheirroleasateambuilderandpeer.
Support the Lead Installer pulling and setting ground well pumps as well as general pump construction:
- Pumpteardownandinspection
- Repair/replacefailedparts
- Diagnoseequipmentfailures
- Assemblyandpreppingofnewandrefurbishedpumpequipment
- Maintainacleanworkenvironment
- Support required Field Installation Reporting &Net Suiteentriesforallpumpworkasrequired
- Prompt,Professional Customer communication
- Photodocumentworksiteandallworkperformed
- Assist Leadwithjob/servicecallpreparationincludingreviewjobdetailsandsourcingmaterialsfrom
