- Display commitment to safety both for themselves and coworkers.
- Competent in cutting and welding, use of torch, and use of heat applications.
- Knowledge of drive gears, belts, and sprockets.
- Experience with rebuilding gear boxes, pumps, hammer mills, and airlocks.
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical driven systems.
- Can perform advanced troubleshooting procedures in the event of a breakdown.
- Has basics skills in metal fabrication and design solutions for process improvements.
- Understands the use of shop tools and fabrication equipment.
- Can be available for after-hours repair calls when needed.
- Identifies continuous improvements in maintenance and production processes.
- Operates as needed man lifts, forklifts, loaders, and trucks.
- Demonstrates good judgement and common sense in decision making.
- Arrives on time ready to begin working at assigned work center.
- Maintains an excellent attendance record.
- Displays excellent Interpersonal Skills (positive attitude, team player, leadership, mentorship, etc.)
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor.

- Mechanical or Mill Wright experience required.
- Pay will be based off work experience.
- Electrical troubleshooting and experience preferred.
