Speech-Language Pathologist – $85–$90/hr – Lodi, CA – 46-Week School-Year Assignment Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluations, direct therapy, and documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and professional standards. This role supports K–12 students with communication, speech, and language needs while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to promote student success.

July 27, 2026 - Duration: 46 weeks (full 2026–2027 school year)
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday - Hours:
40 hours per week (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) - Pay Rate: $85–$90/hour (local)
- Travel Package: $3,850 weekly pay package available for candidates living 50+ miles from the school site
- Modality:
In-person only - Openings: 1 position
- Serving elementary students across mild/moderate, moderate/severe, and general education settings
- Full-time placement through the entire school year
- School-based experience beyond clinical hours strongly preferred
- No interview required
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Provide individualized therapy services based on student needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state standards
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and service providers
- Support communication, language, and academic readiness
- Active California SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred and may be required
- Prior school-based experience required
- CPR, TB screening, and health certificate if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
