Bilingual Bookkeeper and Customer Service

Job Description

The Radiator Store is seeking a bilingual, professional, competent, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This is a full time position and will be located in our Lodi, NJ facility.

This position offers full training. We are looking for someone who can begin right away and is willing to learn and has a positive attitude. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task. Good working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Some of the responsibilities to include:

• Contact customers for payment and update the customer files

• Handle phone calls regarding open invoices

• Follow up on past due accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Research and solve payment discrepancies

• Process credit card payment

• Answer phones from drivers and customers

• Handling mail

• Copying, scanning, filing

• Banking deposits

• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

• Other office and accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and internet

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail orientated

• Strong customer service skills

• Work well with the team

• Excellent communication skills

• High School diploma or GED
