What You’ll Do:- Lead cross-functional projects that improve sales operations, streamline processes, and support business growth
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver strategic initiatives on time and drive operational excellence.
- Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and support sales forecasting to provide actionable business insights.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- A collaborative, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
- Project Leadership. Lead and manage sales operations projects from planning through implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement. Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Project Planning. Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Reporting & Analytics. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure project success and sales effectiveness.
- Sales Support. Support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Customer Communication: Requires strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers to drive projects and business objectives.
- Document Business Requirements. Gather, document, and translate business needs into practical operational and actionable solutions.
- Change Management. Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives by developing communication plans, training resources, and user adoption strategies.
- Continuous Improvement. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall sales organization.
- General Duties. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting a high-growth sales organization
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
