QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must hold proper NJDOE Teaching/Special Education Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of instructional strategies to engage all students in meaningful coursework and proficiency with G Suite for Education.
• Commitment to professional growth and excellent classroom management skills.
• Preferred experience teaching in a LLD Severe Program.
• Knowledge of behavior strategies, communication supports, and life skills instruction.
• Use of positive behavior supports and instructional data to guide teaching.

• Commitment to professional growth including strategies for teaching modeling and reasoning in the math classroom, and using technology to support innovative teaching strategies.

SALARY: $60,650–$103,690 annually, commensurate with experience and district salary guide

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proper NJ Teaching Certificate for Teacher of Physics/Physical Science.
• Strong knowledge of the NJSLS and instructional strategies to engage all students.

• Experience with Robotics preferred.
• Knowledge of Engineering Principles and ability to teach Pre-Engineering courses.

POSITION: SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

LOCATION: Lincoln School

EMPLOYMENT

TERMS:

Per Diem; as needed position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out the duties of the classroom teacher as outlined in lesson plans, manage student behavior, and enforce school rules and policies in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Create a positive learning environment.
• Provide instruction following the teacher's substitute lesson plans.
• Build positive relationships with students and faculty.
• Motivate students to learn and participate in daily lessons.
• Demonstrate familiarity with school philosophy, program, and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Substitute Teacher Certificate.
• Minimum of 60 college credits or 30 college credits while currently enrolled in a college program.
• NJ Teaching Certificate (CE, CEAS, or Standard).
