Special Education Teacher
Lodi Public Schools is seeking a special education teacher for Hilltop Elementary School effective September 1, 2026. The qualifications include holding proper NJDOE Teaching/Special Education Certifications, demonstrating a strong knowledge of instructional strategies, possessing knowledge of the G Suite for Education, and a strong commitment to professional growth with excellent classroom management skills. Experience teaching in a LLD Severe Program is preferred, along with knowledge of behavior strategies, communication supports, and life skills instruction.
The candidate should use positive behavior supports and instructional data to guide teaching and create a structured learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
