Green Arrow in Lodi, NJ is seeking an Estimator to transform complex transportation and infrastructure projects into accurate, competitive bids. This role covers traffic signals, ITS, roadway lighting, and civil work, collaborating with PMs, field teams, and vendors.
You will perform quantity takeoffs, review plans and specs, develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing, and assist with bid submissions and project handoff.
