Position: Pediatric Trach/Vent Nurses – Full Training Provided + $1K

Pediatric Trach/Vent Nurses – Full Training Provided + $1K

$1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home.

This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands-on support for nurses new to trach and vent care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
  • Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education.
  • Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
