Pay: $2,594 – $2,905/week
Schedule: Night Shift (3rd) | 8-hour shifts | 36–48 hrs/week
Lead RN role within Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit
Rotates through Postpartum providing couplet care (mother & newborn)
Delivers coordinated, patient-centered care using the nursing process
Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Utilizes critical thinking, independent judgment, and leadership skills
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe, healing environment
Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
Delegate tasks and oversee team performance
Support patient care in LDR (Labor, Delivery, Recovery) setting
Perform additional duties as assigned
RequirementsBLS/CPR Certification (Required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
Additional InformationDepartment includes Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) services
OB Triage may be included
Postpartum and infant care included via rotation
Compliance with vaccination requirements is mandatory
