The Registered Nurse-Homecare Infusion position involves providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation.
• Care for patients and significant others in a holistic manner.
• Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and medication reconciliations.
• Implement teaching strategies to meet established goals.
• Communicate pertinent patient information during transfers of care.
• Maintain awareness of new standards and incorporate them into practice.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred

• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required

• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
