The RN Home Care Infusion position involves providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individualized care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a more personalized approach to patient care with a flexible schedule.

• Location: Lodi, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs.
• Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation.
• Utilize an interdisciplinary team and accurately document all activities.
• Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with physicians on the Plan of Care.
• Implement specific teaching strategies to meet established goals.
• Act as a liaison among physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain awareness of new/updated standards and incorporate them into practice.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
• Previous IV experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
