Order Fulfillment Associate

Mood Fabrics is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Warehouse Team in Lodi, NJ. This is a full‑time, in‑person position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime and occasional weekend availability as needed.

• Picking and prepping customer orders for Fabric, Buttons, Notions and Trim inventory and fulfillment
• Receiving shipments, cycle counts, etc.
• Utilizing our Inventory Control System to view and complete orders
• Escalating inventory matters to an Order Fulfillment Specialist as needed
• Building rapport with coworkers across departments to facilitate clear and honest communication in a supportive and professional manner

Ability to learn our inventory standards, layout and organization;
Inventory Control System; SKU numbering scheme. Previous inventory experience is a plus.

• Great communication skills (oral and written)
• English proficiency required
• High attention to detail, especially inventory counts
• Ability to keep track of multiple components of the same order
• Ability to problem‑solve as needed
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/Google Drive is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Inventory or related industry experience is a plus

Full‑time. Pay: $16.50 per hour.
