Java Web Application Developer - Fluency in Mandarin is Required

We are a leading wholesaler of restaurant and food service supplies and equipment, distributing across North America and headquartered in Bergen County, NJ. We are currently seeking a Web Application Developer to join our fast‑growing team.
The Web Application Developer will assist a great team in the development and delivery of next‑generation order processing and accounting applications. A good candidate should have a can‑do attitude, work well in a cross‑functional environment, be a self‑starter, quick learner, and a great team player. Key Responsibilities- Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to design and code solutions
- Develop Java SE/J2EE web‑based user interfaces, rich internet applications, and n‑tier application architectures
- Use SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 to write and maintain database code
- Support legacy applications
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with team members and stakeholders
- Maintain teamwork across project teams and work independently when required
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering multi‑tier enterprise applications
- Experience with Java‑based web application environments and frameworks such as Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse, and Spring
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database interactions (SQL Server, views, stored procedures, functions, etc.)
- Proficient in object‑oriented programming, software design, and testing methodologies
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- .NET knowledge is a plus
