Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Reports to: Shipping Manager

Location: On-site, Lodi, NJ

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm

About the role: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipping process within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are shipped accurately, timely, and cost-effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Assist drivers (Pick Up, Carriers) at check in and assign designated door.
  • Print delivery receipts and packing lists for Hand Delivery and PU order.
  • Help maintain workflow for warehouse and planning wave for Pick Up (small orders), Hand Delivery and Parcel orders.
  • Troubleshoot Pick Up and HD orders.
  • Create manual labels (Fed Ex or UPS) when needed.
  • Assist Customer Service with all inquiries for PU and HD.
  • File all POD’s (proof delivery), pick tickets and BOL’S documents.
  • Verify PU and HD orders are completed by the end of day.
Education, Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems and concepts
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback
  • Critical thinking and proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Strong organization and follow‑up skills
  • High sense of urgency to resolve issues that arise
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
