Our Vacant Recovery Specialists accurately and meticulously determine utility bill totals for unpaid tenant usage, and research tenant disputes. Location:
Logan, UT Hybrid (M & F remote)
Wage: $14.50 + Tier based on performance
ResponsibilitiesAs a Vacant Recovery Specialist, you will:
- Audit vacant bills and comparing them to rent roll data to identify vacant recovery
- Record and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their name
- Double-check bills sent to tenants in order to resolve disputes
- 15-20% of the day is spent on the phone
- Have an advanced attention to detail
- Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
- Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
- Can independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues
- Comfortable asking questions in order to further your understanding
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
