About the RoleCMP is seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our growing audit team. If you’re looking for an opportunity to expand your leadership skills, work closely with a diverse client base, and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet with you. As an Audit Senior, you’ll play a key role in leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality audit and financial reporting services.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Logan, Utah, Monday through Friday, with additional hours and mandatory Saturdays during February and March (busy season). Candidates must be able to relocate before their start date.

Lead multiple client engagements across a variety of industries while managing budgets and deadlines.
Plan, coordinate, and execute audit and financial statement engagements from start to finish.
Identify accounting and audit issues, develop practical solutions, and communicate recommendations to clients and team members.
Effectively manage workload across yourself and the engagement team to maximize efficiency and quality.
Supervise, coach, and mentor interns and junior staff, supporting their professional development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the firm’s continued growth through exceptional service.
Travel to client locations as needed.
Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
CPA license or CPA candidate.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
Ability to research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
