Job Title
Pay: $15.75/hour
Location:
Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time
This position researches and audits Activations credit memos. The scope of this position will include but is not limited to credit memos and can include other financial auditing tasks. This position will be responsible for researching credit memos on time and working internally with leadership to address concerns and patterns.
ResponsibilitiesConduct research, provide information to Activations Leadership, and work with internal teams to refine reporting processes and requirements.
Complete research and prepare reports using established expectations and guidelines.

Preferred SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel and Google Docs skills.
Must be self-motivated and driven.
Must have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage several different projects at different stages with ease.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks with peers.
Moderate phone usage.
Education & ExperienceFeel comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
