Own the numbers for a business you actually know.

Most senior accountant roles keep you at arm's length from the business. This one doesn't. You'll be the accounting partner for one or two Alliance business units, working side by side with the operators who run them, so you understand not just what the numbers say but why they moved.

• Own the full accounting cycle for 1-2 assigned business units, from daily transactional reporting through month-end close
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for business unit operators and local staff
• Manage AR, AP, cash reconciliations, payroll reporting, and general ledger activity
• Reconcile revenue to cash deposits, credit card settlements, and other payment activity
• Own month-end close: journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Monitor inventory accounting and COGS, reconcile inventory balances, and investigate discrepancies between accounting records, physical counts, and operational systems
• Partner with operators to maintain the Vending Management System (VMS) and keep the underlying operational data clean, including product, route, and location-level information
• Perform monthly trend and variance analysis, then work directly with operators to understand the operational drivers behind what you're seeing
• Identify process gaps and support standardization as new businesses transition onto Alliance systems and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including full-cycle ownership
• Solid grounding in U.S. GAAP, month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, AP, AR, and GL accounting
• Strong Excel skills and real systems aptitude - you can trace how operational activity flows into the financials
• The instinct to chase an issue through to resolution rather than flag it and move on
• Clear communication with accounting colleagues and operations people alike
• Comfort working in a decentralized, fast-moving, multi-business environment

• Inventory accounting and cost of goods sold experience
• Quick Books, ERP, or vending/inventory management systems
• Experience supporting multiple locations or operating entities
• Background in distribution, vending, route-based, retail, or another inventory-intensive business

The pay range for this role is:

80, USD per year(Vista Vending)
