OverviewAt Conservice, our mission is to manage our clients’ utilities - and we’re looking for people to investigate when bills go missing! Vacant Missing Bills Specialists ensure expected vacant bills are received in a timely manner and recover any that are missing. Your performance will help prevent costly late fees and potential disconnects. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to client satisfaction and creating a positive culture.
Responsibilities- Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved
- Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units
- Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails
- Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes
- Confirm mailing addresses and account details
- Recover any missing vacant bills
- Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history
- Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software
- Self-motivated to find the “why” behind the problem
- Interested in exceeding expectations
- Prioritize time effectively to complete workload and achieve goals
- High school diploma
