As a Dispatcher at Fox Pest Control, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by ensuring customer appointments are scheduled efficiently and technicians are set up for success. You’ll work closely with Sales and Operations leaders, make real‑time decisions, and have a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and team performance.

No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll always know your work matters.

• Schedule and adjust customer appointments using Pest Routes
• Optimize technician routes to ensure timely, efficient service
• Communicate closely with Inside Sales and Branch Operations Managers
• Proactively manage schedule changes due to availability, illness, or demand
• Contact customers to reschedule appointments when needed
• Provide visibility into branch availability and sales opportunities
• Support sales reps and branches on a case‑by‑case basis
• Stay ahead of scheduling needs, openings, and bottlenecks
• Attend DCM meetings and collaborate cross‑functionally
• Build systems that keep schedules running smoothly—even on days off

You don’t need pest control experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Solution‑oriented and adaptable
• Confident, dependable, and quick to learn
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
