We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent with a proven ability to manage projects from groundbreaking through homeowner delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

About the Role

You’ll be the on-site leader, owning every step of the building process. From breaking ground to final walkthrough, you will train, coordinate trades, enforce scope, protect schedules, and maintain our Quality, Complete, Clean standards. You will inspect details, prevent problems, and ensure every home reflects the standard our name represents.

You will work closely with trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, and team members to keep projects moving forward while protecting quality and an exceptional homeowner experience.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • 5+ years of residential construction supervision experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing residential homes, townhomes, or multifamily projects.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining construction schedules.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safety, organization, accountability, and quality.
  • A leader who embodies the values of humility, integrity, caring, quality, and simplicity.
