Responsibilities
- Assist existing customers through telephone, email, and IM.
- Provide light technical support; candidates who are tech savvy move to the front of the line.
- Work in a business casual environment as a W2 employee; hours Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; no nights or weekends; all new team members receive paid training and hands-on mentorship.
- 2 years Customer Service or related experience
- Strong verbal/written communications skills
- Passion for technology
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, MS Word, etc...)
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Must be dependable, upbeat and hardworking
- Spanish speaking a plus
