The role

Embed with our senior Customer Success team in Logan. Learn how the best CSMs in the industry run their accounts. Earn the path to your own book of business, and a meaningful comp jump in 6–12 months.

1. It's a launchpad, not a support role. From day one you're alongside our senior CSMs on real accounts that move real revenue. No support queue. No tickets.

2. The promotion path is concrete. Four written criteria: follow-through, client engagement, on-time completion, relationship-building. Hit them consistently and you're a full CSM in 6–12 months.
Starting OTE $60–70K → full CSM OTE $100K+. That jump is real.

3. You're embedded with the best. Daily coaching from senior CSMs in person. The reason you don't work remote is the reason the role exists.

• Shadow senior CSMs on our top pest control accounts
• Own client follow-ups end-to-end, no account waits more than 48 hours on us
• Support campaign launches (AI Upsells, Winbacks, Smart Appointment Reminders, Inbound Voice)
• Prep meeting agendas, take notes, own post-meeting action items
• Learn the pest control industry and the Sellify platform deeply

• Have 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, sales, operations, or implementation)
• Can point to specific examples where you owned something end-to-end and delivered on time
• Are comfortable on calls with operators and executives
• Want to be in our Logan office every day, daily coaching is the whole point
• Apply feedback inside the same conversation, not next quarter
• Have strong written & verbal communication (half this job is email, loom videos, and Slack)

Bonus: pest control or service-industry background
· Pest Pac/Field Routes familiarity
· daily AI tool use
· prior CSM, AE, or implementation experience at a B2B SaaS company

• Base: $50,000–$60,000
• Quarterly bonus: Up to $12,000/year tied to follow-through, on-time delivery, and senior CSM trust rating
• OTE starting: $60,000–$70,000
• At promotion (6–12 months): Full CSM OTE of $100K+
• Relocation: Up to $3,000 for moves to Cache Valley
• Other: Unlimited PTO, parental leave, full equipment, training budget
