- Cache Valley Bank is currently seeking a Part or Full-time Card Services Associate at 101 North Main Street Logan, Utah 84321
Supports the day-to-day operations of a financial institution's credit and debit card programs, ensuring smooth processing, accurate record-keeping and excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities:" Customer Support: responds to inquires via phone, email or online portals regarding card statements, billing disputes, application status, debit card disputes and account maintenance.
" Application Processing:
Review and process credit and debit card applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
" Dispute Resolution investigates and resolves customer claims regarding unauthorized or incorrect transactions. Process chargebacks, ensure compliance with regulation E and Visa rules.
" Card Operations: handles card issuance, reissuance, deactivation and maintenance.
" Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under moderate supervision and time management
Experience:
Typically, 1-3 years Customer Service, finance or related fields.
