Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a UTS Inbound Sales Associate within the Amynta Group. The successful candidate will identify and service the needs of customers who have purchased a Universal Technical Services extended service or premier maintenance plan. The role involves answering inbound phone calls, email, and chat inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing routine customer service and support in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound phone calls with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Provide a range of routine customer service and support to customers over the phone, through email, or chat.
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of client products, services, and promotions.
- Deliver accurate information and resolve customer issues using prescribed standards.
- Research, resolve, and communicate information back to the customer in a clear and educated manner.
- Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Complete a variety of forms and documents based on guidelines and document all customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist with creating and updating various processes and work collaboratively with team members across departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm MST. The shift is divided into 8‑hour increments within this time frame.
Qualifications & Experience- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- Customer service experience handling high-volume phone calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in making and receiving calls.
- Strong organizational, desk‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Team player who collaborates with customers and colleagues.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, web‑based programs, and learning new software.
- Full‑time (5 days a week) employment required, office setting.
- Hourly base rate with unlimited commission and bonus rates for each warranty sold.
