Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $45-55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, and apply sealants and fluoride.
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and superior customer service.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental condition and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary.
• Take and save x‑rays into patient charts when needed.
• Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
