This role is ideal for someone who understands production homebuilding, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys collaborating with others to bring projects to life.

• Experience in interior design, residential design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of production homebuilding and the construction process.
• Excellent eye for color, materials, furniture layout, and space planning.
• Ability to create beautiful spaces while remaining mindful of budgets, durability, and long-term functionality.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
