Overview
Utah State University: we are seeking a qualified, dedicated Part-Time Nursing Clinical Teacher for our nursing education team. The Clinical Teacher will play a crucial role in the education and development of nursing students by providing oversight in clinical settings. This position requires a deep commitment to nursing education, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor future nurses.

Responsibilities- Clinical instruction
- Collaboration with clinical facility staff
- Record keeping, evaluating, and grading student work
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate students in the clinical setting
- Professional and effective communication and collaboration with students, clinical staff, faculty and program administrators
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher: A minimum of a BSN is required; a master's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Registered Nurse:
Must hold a valid RN license in Utah or a Nursing Compact state. - 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- BLS Certification, current.

- A commitment to ethical, professional conduct, and compliance with relevant nursing regulations.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
- Team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Productive worker with a solid work ethic who exerts effort in successfully completing tasks.
- Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success.
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills or techniques.
$25-$40 per hour
ADAEmployees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
