The Specialist, P.E. instructs students in physical education, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, teamwork, and physical development while implementing the district physical education curriculum.

• Provide weekly physical education instruction to elementary students.
• Teach skills related to physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Implement district-approved physical education curriculum.
• Maintain physical education equipment and facilities.
• Organize equipment and materials for physical education activities.
• Monitor students to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional documentation.
• Promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Research and apply for grants supporting the PE program.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
