Office Assistant Substitute

Edith Bowen Laboratory School at Utah State University is looking for an Office Assistant Substitute to work in the main office. This is an as needed position with availability between the hours of 8:00am–4:00pm Monday–Friday during the EBLS school year.

The responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Letting visitors in through the front door buzz in system.
• Assisting students with needs
• Checking in/Checking out visitors
• Other duties as assigned

The qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Dependable

Minimum $14.62/hour

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
