Student Services Coordinator II
The School of Graduate Studies seeks two Student Services Coordinator II employees to support operations in the Graduate School Office. These positions will aid students in navigating the University with the ultimate goal of fostering an enhanced collegiate experience.
ResponsibilitiesManaging the Graduate School Registrar general email account, replying to inquiries or directing questions as appropriate.
Supporting Graduate Program Coordinators.
Processing graduate applications as needed, process transcripts, calculate GPAs.
Managing electronic forms.
Processing application materials.
Managing student records in Banner.
Answering questions from email and telephone inquiries.
Supporting graduate recruitment and training events.
Supporting other operations within the School of Graduate Studies.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Four years of experience; or an associate degree/technical training plus two years of experience; or a bachelor's degree is required.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of USU's enterprise systems (e.g., Banner, Servicenow, Box)
Experience working in higher education
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments.

Advertised SalaryMinimum $43,000 commensurate with experience plus excellent benefits
ADAEmployees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
