We are seeking a dedicated Design Engineer to lead significant projects within the bioprocess container manufacturing domain, focusing on delivering industry‑leading solutions and improving manufacturing standards. This role demands active collaboration with cross‑functional teams to research, define, and implement process enhancements and product designs. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from the inspection of product drawings to managing customer and internal technical inquiries, with a strong focus on driving process improvements and maintaining high‑quality manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform meticulous final checks and release product drawings, ensuring they meet application and component requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D and Process Engineering teams to specify and qualify new components and processes.
- Lead design efforts for major customer projects and proposals.
- Serve as the primary Design Engineer for designated Core Accounts.
- Drive continuous process improvement through meticulous data analysis and implementation of CAPA tasks.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design applications.
- Skilled in mechanical drafting with a strong background in bioprocess industry practices.
- Competence in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- 2-3 years of experience within the Bio Process industry or related field is preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and document management systems (e.g., Millersburg M2M ERP).
